Acupuncture

While acupuncture has its roots in Traditional Asian Medicine, it has recently gained wide support within the medical field through several research studies demonstrating its effectiveness. According to the American National Institute for Health, Acupuncture should be considered as a treatment option for several conditions including:

• Stress and Anxiety
• Nausea and Vomiting Related to Chemotherapy
• Tennis Elbow and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Acupuncture services are delivered at TIHC by our licensed Naturopathic Doctors and Chiropractor. An initial assessment performed by a Naturopathic Doctor or Chiropractor will be required prior to any Acupuncture treatment being administered.

Fees must be paid in full after appointment. We accept cash, debit card, VISA, or Mastercard. Although our services are not covered by OHIP, they may be covered by your extended health care plan.
