Chiropractic

Chiropractors practice a manual approach to health care that includes patient assessment, diagnosis and treatment. In particular, chiropractors assess patients for disorders related to the spine, pelvis, extremity joints and neurological system. Chiropractors are also trained to recommend therapeutic exercise and to utilize other non-invasive therapies, such as ultrasound and laser therapy.

Chiropractic adjustments are the most common form of treatment utilized by chiropractors. An adjustment is a non-invasive, manual procedure used to decrease pain, improve areas of reduced movement in joints and decrease muscle tightness and spasm. Chiropractic care has been demonstrated through numerous research studies to be beneficial for several conditions including complaints of the neuromusculoskeletal system that include back pain, neck pain, and headaches, as well as acute injuries and chronic pain.

With the exception of WSIB & MVA, fees must be paid in full after appointment. We accept cash, debit card, VISA, or Mastercard. Although our services are not covered by OHIP, they may be covered by your extended health care plan.
