Leah Toffelmire, RMT, CAT(C)

Leah Toffelmire is a Certified Athletic Therapist CAT(C) with the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (CATA) as well as a Registered Massage Therapist RMT with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Leah graduated from the Athletic Therapy program at Sheridan College in 2016 with an Honours Degree in Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy. She went on to graduate from the Massage Therapy program at the Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2018. In 2019, Leah completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture course at McMaster University. As well as her clinical work at TIHC, Leah is the Athletic Therapist for the Wellington Dukes Junior A hockey team. She attends all games and practices, and treats all players.

As an Athletic Therapist and Massage Therapist, Leah strives to treat her clients with a active approach. She does a lot of deep tissue and hands-on treatment to address new or recurring issues. Leah prescribes exercise to allow her clients to take control of their rehab and remain as active as possible while overcoming injury.

She believes in providing her clients with the tools and knowledge to help prevent recurring injury. While Leah's clients are often athletes, she enjoys working with clients of all ages and activity levels.
