Amelia Munro, RMT

Amelia graduated from Sir Sanford Fleming College in 2019, she is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). As an RMT, Amelia likes to use deep tissue techniques and movement in her treatments to address new or recurring injuries in her clients. She also aims to educate her clients to give them a better understanding of the human body and how it works. Amelia is also a certified Level 1 Crossfit Trainer. With this background, she likes to encourage her clients to do any prescribed exercises at home because she knows how important they are for a client's recovery and rehabilitation.
