Integrative health combines multiple treatment disciplines to address the whole person. We look beyond symptoms to understand root causes and create personalized healing strategies that support your body's natural recovery process.

Prevention is a core part of our philosophy. We provide proactive health strategies, regular assessments, and lifestyle guidance to help you maintain optimal wellness and prevent future health challenges.
Although our services are not covered by OHIP, many extended health care plans will reimburse the fees for our services. Please check with your provider or call the centre for more information.
Our chiropractors can perform physical exams that focus on muscoloskeletal and neurological concerns, as well as order x-rays if necessary.
Our Naturopathic Doctors can also perform physical exams and order laboratory testing such as blood work, urine and stool testing.
Our health care team at TIHC is trained to refer for other services when appropriate such as when prescription medications or more advanced imaging may be needed.

We accept cash, debit, Visa, Amex, and Mastercard.
We currently offer direct billing for all plans that allow for it including Blue Cross (military personnel) and motor vehicle accidents. While most insurance companies allow for direct billing such as Green Shield, Sun Life and Manulife, some individual plans within those companies do not. Please bring in your insurance information and we will be happy to check if we can direct bill for your plan. You can also call your insurance company before coming in to determine if your plan allows for assignment of benefits.
Typically, an appointment can be arranged within a week. If you are having an acute problem that requires earlier attention, let us know and we will get you an appointment as soon as possible.
No referral is necessary to make an appointment with any of our practitioners; however, one may be required for insurance purposes. Feel free to call us or your insurance company to determine if a medical referral may be necessary to access your workplace benefits.
Having a wide range of professionals in one place means we treat a wide variety of conditions. We are experienced in treating everything from acute conditions, such as colds, flus, strains and sprains to chronic pain, illness and disease.
We also treat depression, anxiety and other psychological issues. Maybe you don't have a specific condition and just want to get healthier.
