Strength Training & Fitness Planning for Women 50+
This is a personalized, one-hour fitness design session created specifically for women navigating midlife changes.
Whether you’re just getting started, rebuilding or looking for a plan that meets you today under the umbrella of menopause~this session is here to support you.
We begin with a free discovery call to connect and clarify your needs. From there, we co-create a plan that fits your body, your energy, and your lifestyle—whether at home, outdoors, or in a gym.


What’s Included in the HerStrength Program Design
● A custom fitness program tailored to your goals, body, and life rhythm
● A pre-session intake with Andrea, to explore your movement history & health, your needs today and any past and/or present obstacles you may like support
● A 60-minute in-person session at TIHC to implement your personalized program, walk through modifications, and build confidence in your next steps
● Motivational tools and strategies to help you stay accountable and consistent
● A strong emphasis on realistic, healthy progress while listening to your body to where it is today

Optional Monthly Follow-up
As your body and life evolve, your movement plan should too. We suggest follow-up sessions (recommended monthly), which allow you to:
● Reassess how your body, energy and goals have shifted over the past month
● Adjust your program for progress
● Stay connected and accountable in your wellness journey
