“Having experienced both managing everything myself and having the clinic take care of the day-to-day operations, I really value the support I have at TIHC. Laundry, billing, booking, phone calls, equipment and supplies are all taken care of, which allows me to focus on treating my clients and completing my notes rather than spending my time outside the clinic managing administrative tasks. I also have full control over my hours, breaks and vacations, so as my life has changed over the past nine years, I’ve been able to adjust how much I work to maintain the work-life balance I want.

Establishing a clientele at TIHC was much easier than when I was starting out on my own. I came into the clinic with a schedule that was as busy as I wanted it to be, and with TIHC’s established patient base I’ve continued to be able to fill my schedule when I want to. The split and cap have provided the financial stability I was looking for, and once I reach the cap, the additional revenue from my treatments stays with me. I feel the arrangement is more than fair for everything the clinic provides, and I also really value being part of a multidisciplinary team where I can learn from and ask questions of other practitioners.”
