We provide the infrastructure, administrative support and established patient base that allow our practitioners to focus on what matters most — providing great patient care while enjoying the flexibility and independence of private practice.

We believe healthcare professionals should have the flexibility to create a practice that works for them.
At TIHC, you choose your working hours, how busy you want your schedule to be and when you take time away. You maintain your clinical independence, determine the types of treatments you provide within your professional scope and can make your treatment space your own.
Practitioners also have a voice in decisions that affect their profession within the clinic, including the fees charged for their services.
It's the independence and flexibility of private practice, with the support of an established clinic behind you — serving Trenton, Quinte West and Belleville.

TIHC has been serving Trenton, Belleville and the surrounding Quinte region for 20 years, building a large and established patient community along the way.
Our multidisciplinary environment creates opportunities for collaboration and internal referrals between healthcare professionals while allowing each practitioner to maintain their clinical independence.
Most importantly, we have existing demand for the services we are currently recruiting for. For the right practitioner, there is an opportunity to develop a busy and rewarding practice without having to build a patient base entirely from scratch.

Physiotherapist
TIHC offers physiotherapists the opportunity to practise with considerable independence while benefiting from the patient base, administrative support and infrastructure of an established multidisciplinary clinic.
With existing demand for physiotherapy services, this is an opportunity to step into a busy clinical environment without having to establish a patient base from the ground up.
Registered Massage Therapist
This is an excellent opportunity for an RMT who wants the flexibility and earning potential of independent practice while having much of the administrative and operational side of their practice taken care of.
You’ll benefit from an established patient base, full administrative support and the infrastructure of a busy multidisciplinary clinic — while maintaining control over your own schedule and caseload.
