Your Care, in Partnership
Many patients arrive at TIHC having felt frustrated by rushed medical interactions where they weren’t fully heard or understood. Our approach is different: we take the time to listen to your story, understand your experiences and goals, and build the trust that supports successful treatment.
We believe chiropractic care works best as a collaboration. Our chiropractors explain each technique and its purpose, so you feel confident and informed throughout your care. We clearly outline expected outcomes, timelines, and next steps—including referrals if needed—so there are no surprises.
Patients benefit most when they actively engage in their recovery, share feedback, and follow the plan we create together, ensuring it fits your lifestyle, comfort, and goals.

When patients achieve good results, the impact often goes far beyond pain relief—especially for those who’ve lived with chronic discomfort. Many patients are surprised by how much better they feel overall, often realizing limitations they had simply adapted to over time.
The most meaningful changes are tied to real life: lifting grandchildren with confidence, playing with kids on the floor without fear, returning to walks with a partner, or sleeping through the night again. These everyday moments reflect the true value of care—helping you move more freely, live more fully, and get back to what matters most.

FAQs
Common questions our patients ask.
Yes. Treatments are delivered by licensed professionals using evidence-based techniques suited to your individual needs and comfort level. While it’s common to feel hesitant at first, we take time to explain each option, why we might recommend it, and what it’s meant to accomplish. Many patients begin with a gradual approach and, once they feel safe and supported, choose to try additional techniques later on. Your chiropractor will never rush this process — we move at your pace, with your comfort guiding every decision.
Some patients experience mild soreness afterward, similar to how you might feel after trying a new exercise. Your chiropractor will explain what to expect before beginning any treatment and will always check in about your comfort. We tailor care to your preferences, starting gently and progressing only as you feel ready.
Many people notice improvement within a few visits, but timelines vary depending on the condition, how long symptoms have been present, and daily activity demands. We outline expected results up front — and what we’ll do if progress isn’t where it should be.
After completing a four-year undergraduate degree at an accredited institution, they enrolled in a postgraduate Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Both our Chiropractors are proud graduates of The Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario. This program is 4 years in duration and consists of over 4200 hours of specialized education in areas such as: anatomy, physiology, rehabilitation, radiology, diagnosis, orthopaedic testing, and chiropractic technique. The fourth and final year consists of a 1000-hour internship utilizing their skills and knowledge to treat patients.
