Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
Margaret Lynch is a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with special interests in women’s health, hormone therapy, metabolic health, and lifestyle‑based obesity management. Her practice is grounded in the principles of Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine, using a whole‑person, root‑cause–focused approach that blends evidence‑based clinical care with sustainable lifestyle strategies. She is committed to meeting clients where they are, helping them make achievable, meaningful changes, and empowering them throughout their health journey.
Margaret brings more than a decade of diverse nursing experience, including emergency nursing, outpost nursing in remote Indigenous communities across northern Ontario, flight nursing, and virtual care. These varied roles have shaped her adaptable, collaborative, and deeply patient‑centred approach. She holds licensure to practice in Ontario and British Columbia.
Margaret is proud to partner with the Women’s Health Collective at TIHC, a multidisciplinary initiative focused on expanding access to comprehensive, evidence‑informed care for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions.
